Jermaine Loo

Jermaine Loo is the APAC Head of Analysis and Prevention in Trust and Safety at TikTok, where they lead a team focused on understanding and mitigating Trust and Safety risks across the region. Previously, Jermaine held the role of Program Manager for Trust and Safety at TikTok, implementing global initiatives aimed at reducing risks associated with egregious content. Jermaine's career also includes significant positions at Grab, where they served as Head of GrabShuttle and GrabCoach, as well as various roles within the Singapore Tourism Board, including Assistant Manager and Senior Manager for Integrated Resorts. Jermaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the University of Surrey and a Master of Science in Globalisation & Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
