Marc T. is the Global Head of Customer Service for TikTok, overseeing the Product, Service, and Operations strategy for the TikTok eCommerce business since November 2022. With extensive experience in customer service leadership, Marc has held various regional and global positions within TikTok, including roles focused on customer care, partner support, and feedback management. Prior to TikTok, Marc served as the Head of Customer Success at MoneySmart Group and held key positions at Singapore Exchange and various industries encompassing banking, insurance, technology, and hospitality. Marc is also a recognized speaker at Customer Contact Week Asia. Educational qualifications include a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management from Northumbria University, along with diplomas in Sales and Marketing and Mass Communication.
