Miriah Steiger, PhD, LPC, is the Global Head of Well-being | Trust & Safety at TikTok, where they focus on corporate wellness and employee care. With extensive experience in the corporate and higher education sectors, Miriah has held roles such as Therapist Manager for North America at TaskUs and Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at San Antonio College. They earned their PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, with a focus on Clinical Mental Health from St. Mary's University, where they also achieved an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
