Sevag Bardakjian

Sevag Bardakjian serves as the Head of IT Service Operations at TikTok since April 2019, where efforts have led to the significant growth and maturity of the IT Service Operations Team. Previously, Sevag held positions including Regional IT Manager for North America and Latin America, managing the Service Desk and expanding engineering teams across the region. Prior experience includes supporting the launch of Amazon Book Stores as a Support Engineer III at Amazon, and working as a Network Engineer at The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities included ensuring network readiness for Shanghai Disneyland's Grand Opening. Early career roles involved network planning and administration at St. Gregory Hovsepian School and computer diagnostics as a Geek Squad Counter Intelligence Agent at Best Buy. Sevag pursued education in Computer Information Systems at Pasadena City College.
