Shabnam Goyal is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in quality assurance and test automation. Currently serving as a Tech Lead - Testing at TikTok since January 2023, Shabnam previously held the position of QA Lead for Amazon Astro at Amazon from January 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Assurance Lead and Senior Software Test Engineer at SAP Ariba, and Senior Software Test Engineer at Neustar, Inc. Shabnam began the career at Cisco as a Software Developer In Test from January 2012 to February 2016. Shabnam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2011.
