Siddarth R. currently serves as the Head of APAC Advertising Policy and Regional Senior Manager at TikTok and ByteDance since October 2020. Prior to this role, Siddarth was a Team Lead at Meta from July 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included designing global election-related advertising policies and leading Election War Rooms for major elections across various countries. Earlier experience included serving as a Senior Team Manager at CBRE Asia Pacific from June 2012 to July 2017, focusing on policy strategy to support key account clients in overseas market entry. Siddarth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has completed a Business and Management course on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies at Harvard University.
