Susannah Crowley

Susannah Crowley is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and crisis management. Currently serving as the Communications Lead for TikTok USDS since July 2024, Crowley previously held the position of Director of Corporate Communications at Bumble Inc. from February 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing global brand reputation and serving as the company's spokesperson. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Johnson & Johnson spanned from February 2012 to February 2022, during which Crowley advanced through various roles, including Director of Enterprise Crisis & Safety Communication and Senior Manager of Global Enterprise Communications. Additionally, Crowley has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor in the Public Relations Certificate Program at Rutgers University and completed a Marketing & Refining Communications Fellowship at Hess Corporation. Crowley holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Communication from Rutgers University.
