Tiger Li is a seasoned professional in machine learning and software engineering, currently serving as a Tech Lead Machine Learning Engineer at TikTok since August 2024, focusing on LLM training and other advanced technologies. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Amazon, where work centered on the AWS Console Mobile Application, and as a Principal Engineer at MLXP Health, leading iOS and machine learning development. Previous positions feature a stint as a Machine Learning Engineer at Apple contributing to a secret project for Siri Search, and extensive research as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University, specializing in computer vision and NLP applications.
