Tomás Quinn

Tomás Quinn serves as the Head of Wellbeing Solutions for Education and Research at TikTok, where leadership encompasses overseeing a multidisciplinary team focused on the design and measurement of wellbeing programs for Trust & Safety globally. Prior to TikTok, Tomás was a Regional Wellbeing Specialist in EMEA and held various academic positions at the National College of Ireland. Previous experience includes leading the Differently-Abled Employee Resource Group at Facebook and working in Learning and Development roles across multiple organizations including permanent tsb and Three Ireland. Tomás holds a PhD in Organisational Health and Well-Being from Lancaster University, an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, and various other qualifications in human resource management and learning and development.
