Zachary H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy management, currently serving as the Global Head of Cross Issue & Product Policy at TikTok since July 2021. Previously, Zachary held roles as Global Lead in Cross Issue Policy and Policy Manager for Trust & Safety at TikTok. Prior to TikTok, Zachary was a Senior Policy Manager at DoubleVerify and served as Policy Director at Tech:NYC. Zachary's career also includes significant positions with the New York City Council, where contributions spanned from Policy Director of the Oversight and Investigations Unit to Legislative and Budget Director. Zachary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Science in Digital Anthropology from UCL.
