Zefanya Calista Nataliady

Zefanya Calista Nataliady is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Talent Acquisition for E-Commerce APAC at TikTok since May 2024, where management of the recruitment process for internship and management trainee programs is a key responsibility. Previously, Zefanya held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Superbank, successfully sourcing over 100 profiles for Technology and Product roles and facilitating the recruitment process for 19 candidates. With additional experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Harian Kompas and as a Project Manager and Officer in various organizations, Zefanya has developed strong skills in recruitment, project management, and social media engagement, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare from the University of Indonesia.
