Jaap van Otterdijk

Jaap van Otterdijk is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in leadership and software engineering roles. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at True B.V. since April 2022, Jaap focuses on optimizing team processes and fostering an environment for developers to excel. Prior to this, Jaap has held significant positions including Software Developer at Ingewikkeld and ADchieve B.V., Lead Developer at Polder Knowledge overseeing global application architecture, and various roles in software engineering and development since 2006. Jaap also has a commitment to community engagement, having served as chairman of the events team at PHPFreakz association. Jaap holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Informatics from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
