Ton Verschuren

Ton Verschuren is an experienced professional in identity and access management, currently serving as an IAM consultant at SURF since August 2024 and as a Solution Architect IAM at Koninklijke Bibliotheek since March 2020. Additionally, Ton is a partner and chairman of the board at m7, a specialist firm in identity, access management, and information security. Previous roles include Project Manager IAM at Tilburg University, Information Technology Architect at GGZ Ecademy Coöperatie U.A., and Project Manager RBAC at De Haagse Hogeschool. Ton has also worked as an IAM consultant for various organizations, including Maastricht University, Nederlandse Loterij, and Delft University of Technology. Ton holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from Radboud University, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
