Gareth Foreman

Gareth Foreman is a skilled commercial manager currently leading the Yorkshire Water Complex (Civils & MEICA) and Minor (Civils & MEICA) Frameworks at Tilbury Douglas since March 2020. Previously, Gareth served as a senior project manager at Turner & Townsend, overseeing the Northumbrian Water Ltd AMP5 Flooding Programme and Network Schemes from January 2014 to February 2020, and also held the role of project manager for the same programme. At Halcrow, as a senior engineer from July 2007 to December 2013, Gareth managed the Scotswood Regeneration Scheme in Newcastle, focusing on infrastructure and ground works. Earlier experience includes positions at Atkins as a senior assistant engineer, assistant engineer, and graduate engineer, where Gareth contributed to highway and drainage design projects. Gareth holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering with a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Loughborough University.
