Magdalena Stefaniak is an experienced professional in the fields of training and skills development, currently serving as a CITB Customer Engagement Adviser since June 2023, where the focus is on fostering a skilled and inclusive workforce within the construction industry. Prior experience includes roles as Skills and Employment Manager with Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure and Skills Manager at bmJV, where emphasis was placed on high-quality training aligned with CITB National Skills Academy principles.
