TJ Vanblaricom has extensive experience in the construction and milling industries, having served in various roles over a span of two decades. Currently a Senior Project Manager/ Estimator at Tilcon Connecticut since March 2017, TJ previously held the positions of Project Manager and Milling Foreman within the same company. Prior to that, from March 2002 to March 2017, TJ worked at Costello Industries, Inc. as a Milling Foreman and Laborer, building a solid foundation of practical and managerial skills in project execution and team leadership.
