Yehuda Katz

Yehuda Katz began their career in 2006 as a Senior Web Programmer at Procore Technologies. In 2008, they joined Engine Yard as an Engineer and Manager, and the following year they became a Mentor at Google. In 2010, they were appointed as Chief Technologist at Strobe Inc. and then in 2011, they became Co-founder of Tilde Inc., where they built Skylight, the smart Rails profiler. Yehuda also joined Ecma International as a TC39 Committee Member and the W3C as a TAG Committee Member in 2011. In addition, they were a Core Team Member of the jQuery Project since 2005 and the Ruby on Rails Core Team since 2008.

Yehuda Katz attended Brooklyn College from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Accounting, Journalism, Philosophy, and Theirtory.
