Brad Tozzi

Brad Tozzi has substantial experience in retail and hospitality, currently serving as Store Manager at The Tile Shop since December 2019, with prior roles including Interim Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Sales Design Consultant. Before this, Brad worked at The Capital Grille as a Server/Bartender from July 2017 to December 2019, and at Sennco Solutions, Inc. as Business Development Manager from April 2015 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes a decade at Ruth's Chris Steak House, where Brad held the position of Bartender/Sommelier, contributing to wine list development and staff education. Brad holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, completed in 2011. Certified as a Level One Sommelier by the Master Court of Sommeliers, Brad demonstrates excellent multi-tasking abilities in high-pressure environments.
