Shehan Ghanchi

Shehan Ghanchi has a diverse background in marketing and education, currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing and Merchandising at The Tile Shop since January 2015, where previous roles included Marketing Director and Senior Creative Manager. Prior experience includes positions at The DOJO Group as an Account Manager and I.E.S. Álvarez Cubero as an Auxiliar de Conversación. Shehan also contributed to athlete representation at The Institute for Athletes and taught advanced English through the Minnesota Literacy Council. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and European Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a language and business program at Universidad de Sevilla, and a GED from Edina High School. Additionally, Shehan's earlier roles involved client management and graphic design during an internship at the Institute for Athletes and sales and buying experience at Belle Reve Boutique.
