David Alexandre is the CEO of Tilia SAS, a company that partners with various sectors for project development. David has experience in strategic transformation projects in waste management and wastewater utilities. David has held positions in various companies, including Veolia, where David worked on utility consulting and operational management. David has also been involved in board memberships in waste treatment and wastewater treatment facilities. David holds a Master's degree in General Management and Urbanism from ESSEC Business School and a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
