Chris Ong

Chris Ong has work experience in various finance and accounting roles. From 2020, they have been working as the Head of Finance at Till Payments. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, they worked at Findex as a Manager - Business Advisory, where they provided integrated financial services and advisory support to individuals and businesses. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Finance Manager at Vina Visas. Chris started their career in 2010 as an Accountant at Grant Thornton Australia, where they worked until 2012.

Chris Ong has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting from Macquarie University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they pursued a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, completing it in 2012. Currently, they are attending the Australian Institute of Company Directors, studying their Company Directors Course, with an expected completion date of 2022. Additionally, Chris Ong holds certifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and as a Justice of the Peace (NSW) from the NSW Department of Communities and Justice.
