Application Support Engineer at Till Payments

Terrance Liu has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Terrance is currently employed at Till Payments as an Application Support Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Windcave as a Technology Support Analyst/Enterprise Support from December 2018 to April 2021.

Terrance has also worked as a Service Advisor at National Australia Bank from February 2017 to December 2018, where they provided expert advice to customers and addressed a wide range of banking inquiries. Before that, they held various roles at Coles, including Retail Assistant and Nightfill Manager, where they ensured store shelves were replenished, provided quality customer service, and managed team tasks.

Additionally, Terrance gained experience as an Information and Communications Technology Intern at Unified Network Group in November and December 2016, where they assisted clients with exceptional customer service and supported the maintenance of security and communications systems. Terrance also worked as a Research Assistant at UNSW Australia in April 2010, where they performed administrative tasks and data entry.

Terrance Liu completed their Bachelor of e-Business in Information Technology from Macquarie University from 2013 to 2015.
