Alison R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Alison started their career as an Intern and Line Cook at Chez Panisse, Bay Wolf, and Bar Cesar. Alison then worked as a National Sales Assistant at Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant before becoming a Marketing Coordinator at Winetasting.com. Alison later took on the role of Marketing Consultant for various companies, utilizing their expertise in marketing. Alison then became a Marketing Manager at Winebuys.com, where they showcased their skills in developing marketing strategies. Alison joined Nike as a Marketing Manager and Senior Producer, and later transitioned to the role of Consumer Insights Research Project Manager. Alison then shifted to Coffee Bean International/Farmer Brothers as the Director of Strategic Business Development. Alison then worked at Nike again as a Freelance Marketing & Creative Operations Manager. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Manager at Tillamook County Creamery Association.

Alison R. received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy & Comparative Literature from Hamilton College in the years 1990 to 1994. Alison then pursued further education at the University of East Anglia in 1992 to 1993 as part of a Bachelor of Arts exchange program. In 2015, Alison R. completed their Master's degree in Agricultural Economics, specifically the Master of Business program, at Kansas State University.
