Andrew Haas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Andrew started their career as an Intern at WBNS Radio, Radio Ohio in 2008, where they assisted in promotional campaigns and event planning. In 2009, Haas worked as a Long-Term Substitute Science Teacher at Columbus Arts and Technology Academy, where they were responsible for educating and engaging students in science education. Simultaneously, they served as an International Accounts Receivables Coordinator at CareFusion, managing the financial operations for international accounts and reducing delinquency rates. From 2006 to 2009, Haas worked as an Account Representative for The Columbus Dispatch Printing Company, focusing on increasing single copy sales through new account acquisition and store-level marketing. In 2012, they joined The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, initially as an Orders To Cash Representative before transitioning to roles such as Demand Planning Analyst and Manager Planning Forecasting. Haas was responsible for forecasting supply chain demand, optimizing accuracy, and creating tracking systems for new products. Currently, they are employed at Tillamook County Creamery Association as a Manager in Sales Operations Insights and has recently taken on the role of Planning Manager.

Andrew Haas received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University. Andrew attended the university from 2004 to 2008.
