Brandy Norrbom

Brandy Norrbom has a diverse work experience history. Brandy started their career in 2013 at Target, where they worked as a Starbucks Barista and also gained experience in electronics, cashiering, cashier supervision, and sales floor and apparel roles. At Target, Brandy focused on creating a cohesive and efficient customer experience and also mentored new employees.

In 2019, Brandy worked as a Barista at Bread & Ocean before moving on to Fred Meyer in 2021. At Fred Meyer, they served as a lead barista at Starbucks and prioritized excellence in customer service by emphasizing warm and personalized customer interactions.

Currently, Brandy is working for the Tillamook County Creamery Association as an IT Field Technician. Brandy'sresponsibilities include providing technical support to internal customers and resolving equipment, software, and platform issues. Brandy is committed to delivering exceptional service and contributing to the overall quality of service provided to consumers.

Brandy Norrbom obtained their High School Diploma from Castle Rock in 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they completed various courses and programs such as "Having Difficult Conversations," "Success Strategies for Women in the Workplace," "Being an Effective Team Member," "Preparing for Successful Communication," "Critical Communications for IT," "Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact," and "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in 2023. Brandy also obtained certifications in "IT Security: Defense against the digital dark arts" from Coursera in 2022 and "Analyze Data with Microsoft Excel Course," "Google IT Support Specialization," "Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User," "System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services," "Technical Support Fundamentals," and "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking" from Coursera in 2022. Furthermore, they acquired a Notary Public certification from the Oregon Secretary of State in 2021, and they completed "Learn CSS Course," "Learn Color Design Course," and "Learn HTML Course" from Codecademy in 2021.
