Debi Archer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Debi began their career in 1989 as an Apple Packer and Office Manager, gaining experience in various areas such as payroll, inside sales, customer service troubleshooting, and trade shows. From 1991 to 1998, they served as an Operations Supervisor at Wayne Dalton Corp. In 1999, they joined Tree Top, Inc. and held positions as a Customer Service Rep, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Claims Specialist before transitioning to the role of Marketing Associate. In this role, they managed consumer budgets, oversaw logo and packaging transitions, and implemented consumer promo vehicles. From 2010 to 2015, Debi worked as an Assistant Product Manager at Tree Top, Inc., where they managed private label finished goods and supply management. Since 2015, they have been employed at Tillamook County Creamery Association, starting as a Customer Service Coordinator and progressing to roles such as Customer Service Lead and Customer Service Analyst/Deduction Coordinator. In these roles, they worked closely with various departments, including Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, and IT, and was responsible for generating and analyzing report data, coordinating EDI customer setup needs, and resolving deductions/long pays.
Debi Archer attended West Valley High School in Yakima, WA from 1986 to 1989. Following that, they enrolled in Yakima Valley Community College for the academic year 2005-2006. Debi did not earn a degree or specialize in a specific field of study during their time at both institutions. In August 2022, Debi obtained a certification in "Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact" from LinkedIn.
