Derek Seino

Derek Seino has a diverse work experience in finance, specifically in financial planning and analysis. Derek started their career at Warn Industries in 2004 as an Assistant Controller, where they gained experience in accounting. Derek then moved on to become a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, providing strategic support in forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. Derek later became the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Warn Industries, leading a team and overseeing the company's forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.

In 2015, Derek joined the Tillamook County Creamery Association as a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst, where they provided insights and analysis on critical business initiatives. Derek then progressed to become the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, leading a finance team in various aspects of financial planning to ensure clear visibility of business operations and trends. Derek's most recent role at Tillamook is Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, where they continue to lead a team, develop financial plans, and support special projects for the CEO and CFO.

Throughout their career, Derek has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and providing strategic support to drive business goals.

Derek Seino attended the University of Oregon from 1998 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Derek then continued their education at the same university from 2000 to 2002, obtaining another Bachelor of Science degree, this time in Accounting.
