Priya Shenoy has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Priya began their career as a Graduate Training Engineer at Tata Motors, where they were the first woman engineer. Priya then worked as an Applications Engineer at Oracle before joining Marketron as a Software Engineer. Priya later pursued an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in Marketing, Operations, and Strategy.

After completing their MBA, Priya joined GE Consumer Finance as a Marketing Manager, where they focused on enhancing credit card revenue through brand partnerships. Priya also utilized their Six Sigma experience to improve operational efficiencies.

In 2007, Priya transitioned to the role of Assistant Brand Manager at Energizer, where they managed the marketing budget for the Banana Boat brand portfolio. Priya played a significant role in a high-profile activation campaign featuring brand ambassadors Kerri Walsh and Misty-May Treanor.

Priya then joined Nestlé Waters as a Marketing Manager in the Away-From-Home channel, where they developed targeted marketing initiatives to increase brand presence in the Foodservice industry. Priya subsequently progressed to become the Group Marketing Manager for French Brands, Senior Marketing Manager for Away from Home, and Head of Category Strategy & Shopper Marketing & Insights. In these roles, they focused on strategic marketing efforts, growing teams, and delivering impressive ROIs.

During their time at Nestlé Waters, Priya also held positions as the Head of eCommerce Marketing & Transformation and the Head of Marketing Growth Strategy. In these roles, they led transformation initiatives, worked closely with consultants, and developed strategies to drive increased revenue and integrate eCommerce with business goals.

Most recently, Priya joined Tillamook County Creamery Association as the Director of Omni-Shopper Marketing. In this role, they are spearheading initiatives to expand the brand's reach and establish a deeper connection with consumers. Priya is focused on fostering cross-functional thinking and elevating organizational capabilities for transformative growth.
