Ryan N.

Ryan N. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting from 2010, Ryan worked as a Computer Technician at Granite School District for a year before moving on to become an Assistant Manager at Papa Murphy's International. In 2013, they joined Apple as an Applecare Advisor, providing customer support and troubleshooting for Apple products. Ryan then worked at Starbucks as a Manager, overseeing daily operations and fostering a positive work environment. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Computer Support Specialist in Radiation Oncology at Huntsman Cancer Institute, managing critical systems and providing technical support. In 2016, Ryan joined OREGON HEALTH AND SCIENCE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION as a Technical Specialist, offering frontline technology support. From 2018 to the present, Ryan has been at the Tillamook County Creamery Association, starting as a SharePoint Administrator and progressing to IT Sr. M365 & Power Platform Administrator, IT Sr. M365 and Power Apps Developer, and currently as the Power Platform Manager. In their current role, Ryan empowers teams to develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, enhances efficiency through application development and process automation, and ensures seamless collaboration through M365 integration.

Ryan N. attended Bellevue University from 2022 to 2023 and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Multidisciplinary Studies. In August 2023, they also acquired several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, and Nano Tips for Using ChatGPT for Business with Rachel Woods, offered by Microsoft and LinkedIn respectively.
