Scott Graebke

Scott Graebke has a diverse and extensive work experience. Scott began their career as a Facilities Manager at Mervin Manufacturing, Inc. where they managed various projects including facility relocation and expansion, R&D, and equipment design and fabrication. Scott then worked as a Vendor On-boarding Specialist at Pinnacle Rock Associates, where they guided vendors in selling their products on an e-commerce site.

Graebke then joined Dawn Food Products as an Operating Engineer, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns, as well as performing preventive maintenance and process improvements. Scott later worked at Avtech Corp as a Facilities Supervisor, managing facility maintenance and cost control while overseeing relocation and renovation projects.

Graebke continued to grow their career at AvtechTyee, first as a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor and then as a Facilities, Maintenance, and EHS Supervisor. In these roles, they supervised maintenance, managed improvement projects, and ensured preventive and reactive maintenance at the facility and production equipment.

Graebke also worked as a Facilities and Engineering Consultant at Combat Flip Flops, focusing on developing an efficient assembly, finishing, and packaging system for flip flop production.

Currently, they are employed at Tillamook County Creamery Association as a Lead Maintenance Technician and Plant Journeyman Electrician.
