Katarina Ostbye currently serves as President at Tillett Textiles, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this, Katarina held various roles at F. Schumacher & Co. from February 2021 to September 2024, including Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy & Operations, Manager of Partnerships, and Coordinator of Partnerships. Katarina gained early experience as a Consumer Engagement Intern at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in August 2020 and as an Account Management Intern at Fluent, Inc. in the summer of 2019. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Business Analytics from Villanova University, as well as studies at Università Bocconi.

Tillett Textiles
Tillett Textiles was founded in the 1940s by Leslie and D.D. Tillett and has since been beloved for its painterly hand-screened prints. Leslie, an artist collaborating with historic talents like Diego Rivera, and D.D., a photojournalist for Harper’s Bazaar, fell in love in Mexico where they started their eponymous textile printing business. Once they returned to the United States, their patterns quickly found their way into the homes of great tastemakers, including Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Bunny Mellon. F. Schumacher and Co. acquired Tillett Textiles in 2024 and is committed to preserving its legacy by producing the Tillett patterns in the time-honored tradition of hand-printing while maintaining and expanding Tillett’s ability to customize.
