Marco Cardillo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marco worked at TILLIT as the Head of Growth starting in 2023. Prior to that, Marco was the Marketing Lead at Anorak Technologies from 2021 to 2023, where they successfully implemented a multi-channel lead generation strategy that reduced the cost per lead by 80% and increased the volume of leads by 3x.

Before that, Marco held multiple roles at Skyscanner from 2018 to 2021. Marco served as the Global Lifecycle Marketing Manager, where they collaborated with data scientists and engineers to enhance cross-sale and retargeting campaigns, resulting in an increase of over 600 thousand users per month. Marco also worked as a Growth Manager, overseeing SEO and Lifecycle strategy in the Italian market and providing support to other Growth Managers in EMEA.

Additionally, Marco gained experience as the Marketing Lead - B2B SaaS at AlfaDocs.com from 2015 to 2018. Marco developed and executed a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy for a dental software management startup, focusing on attracting visitors, converting them into leads, and preparing them for sales qualification.

Furthermore, Marco briefly served as the Marketing Lead - Metasearch at MyDentista.it in 2015 before the company was acquired by Docplanner. Marco also co-founded a mobile app startup called Bookolico from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for business strategy, marketing activities, and day-to-day operations. Under their leadership, the company secured angel investment and established partnerships with over 50 publishing houses.

From 2009 to 2012, Marco Cardillo attended the Università degli Studi di Torino and obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
