Jim Swantko

Jim Swantko is a seasoned wireless solution engineer currently employed at Tillman Digital Cities since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jim served as Sr. Director of Wireless at Wesco from January 2024 to May 2025 and held various positions at CommScope from January 2005 to January 2024, including Director of Business Development and Sr. Engineer/Project Manager, focusing on in-building and outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) design and support. Before CommScope, Jim worked as Sr. Project Manager and Sr. In-Building RF Engineer at Nextel Custom Network Solutions from February 2003 to January 2005. Jim holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
