Chris Mularadelis

Chris Mularadelis has extensive experience in the legal and real estate industry. Chris worked as the Vice President Legal at Tillman Infrastructure, LLC from June 2021 to the present. Before that, they served as the Senior Real Estate Attorney at Tillman Infrastructure LLC from October 2016 to May 2021, where they managed the legal department and handled lease negotiations, title disputes, lease buyouts, and landlord issues. Prior to that, they worked as Counsel at Unison Site Management from January 2007 to September 2016, where they closed over 500 cell sites and negotiated leases, licenses, and easements in the telecom industry. Chris began their career as an Attorney at Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler PC in April 1999, specializing in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation, and real estate transactions. Chris'sresponsibilities included representing debtors and creditors, resolving tax claims, secured and unsecured claims, and reviewing titles. Chris worked at the firm until December 2006.

Chris Mularadelis obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School from 1985 to 1988. Continuing their education, Chris completed their LLM in Taxation at Wayne State University Law School from 1990 to 1995.
