Richard M. Lazarski, PMP, currently serves as the Sr Manager of Project Controls at Tillman Infrastructure, LLC, where significant successes in creating and implementing new ideas and processes have been achieved since October 2018. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Area Operations Director at MUTI, managing client segments such as St. Charles Regional Office and Verizon Wireless. From March 2003 to June 2013, Richard was a Sr. Project Manager at US Cellular, recognized for enhancing project outcomes through effective problem-solving and leadership in cell site technology modernization initiatives. Richard holds bachelor's degrees in Finance and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
