Doug Richards

Doug Richards is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Group CFO at Tillo since August 2025, Doug previously held the CFO position at Rebellion from October 2021 to August 2025, contributing to the success of a prominent independent video game studio. Prior to Rebellion, Doug was the CFO at NewDay from April 2013 to April 2016, significantly enhancing the company's valuation. Doug also has a strong background in financial services, having served as CEO of CMC Markets and held key roles at AWD plc and Centrica, where responsibilities encompassed corporate finance, operations, and investor relations. Doug is a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Treasurer, with an academic foundation in Economics from the University of Reading.
