Hanna Smith

Hanna Smith FCIPD is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Tillo since August 2024, Hanna also acts as a Strategic Advisor for Tyllr and Mavericks Unlimited, providing expertise in support of managers in startups and scale-ups. Previous positions include Senior Director of Global People Operations at Uberall, and Senior People Leader at Paddle, where significant contributions were made during funding rounds. Hanna has also held impactful roles as Chief People Officer at Futrli, HR Director at Madgex, and HRBP at Mid Sussex District Council. As the owner of Empowered People HR, Hanna offers flexible HR solutions for SMEs and startups and has been a Board Trustee at Ditch the Label since February 2022. Educational qualifications include a CIPD in HR Management from Arun House, Crawley College.
