Russell Soden

Russell Soden is an experienced business leader with a robust background in consulting, coaching, and development services. Currently a Business Partner at Tillon Group since January 2024, Russell also serves as an Accredited GiANT Leadership Consultant for GiANT Worldwide, a global leadership platform, since February 2016. Prior to these positions, Russell was the Managing Director of Russell Soden Consulting from July 2008 to February 2024, focusing on enhancing business performance through tailored programs in leadership development, strategy execution, and talent management. Additional experience includes roles as Learning & Development Sales Director at AGA - Performance Ltd, Account Director at Maritz, and Managing Director at Softboxsystems Ltd., along with earlier experience as a Brand Manager for Miller Lite. Russell holds an HND in Business Studies with a specialization in Marketing from Guildford County College of Technology.
