Toby Bassford

Toby Bassford is the Founder and Managing Director of Tillon Group, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Toby served as Chief People Officer at CloudFactory from November 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included shaping business strategy, overseeing the people experience, and enhancing internal communication and performance management. Previously, Toby held the role of VP People & Culture at CloudFactory, contributing to the global leadership team and improving the employee experience for both core and cloud teams. Toby also managed the United Kingdom operations as General Manager, focusing on business oversight, growth strategy, and cultural development. From July 2013 to November 2019, Toby was a Partner and Senior Associate at GiANT Worldwide, dedicated to fostering leadership across various sectors. Toby holds a BA in Urban Studies and Planning with 1st Class Honours from The University of Sheffield, awarded in 2000.
