Roberto Bravo has had a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, working at various companies over the years. Roberto began working at the Center of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 1997 as a Research Associate. In 2000, they joined F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd as a Research Associate & PhD Student, where they focused on the development and characterization of Lipid-based Self Micro Emulsifying Drug Delivery Systems (SMEDDS). In 2004, Roberto moved to Actelion (now Janssen Pulmonary Hypertension) as a Formulation Scientist, later becoming the Laboratory Head of Pre-formulation and Preclinical Galenics. Roberto'sresponsibilities included managing the preformulation laboratory, training and supervising staff, and developing and manufacturing oral and intravenous formulations for preclinical investigations. Roberto then joined Tillotts Pharma AG in 2010 as a Senior Pharmaceutical Project Manager and eventually became the Head of the Pharmaceutical Development Department.
Roberto Bravo completed their education in pharmaceutical sciences, obtaining a Master of Science degree from the University of Havana in 1997. Roberto then pursued further studies at the University of Basel, earning a Master of Science degree in Pharmazie in 2000. Subsequently, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Pharmazie from the University of Basel in 2003.
