Heather Hoeppner

Heather Hoeppner has a range of work experience in various industries. Heather started their career as a Corps Member at Teach For America in 2005, where they worked until 2007. From 2005 to 2008, they also served as a Teacher/English Department Chair at Baltimore City Public Schools. Heather then returned to Teach For America in 2008 and held several roles, including Manager of Teacher Leadership Development, Strategy, Talent, Operations, and Director of District and School Partnerships, until 2015.

In 2015, Heather joined eSpark Learning as the Managing Director of Partner Success Innovation & Strategy, where they worked until 2016. Heather then moved on to Narrative Science in 2016 and held the positions of Key Accounts Director and Customer Success until 2020.

Lastly, in 2019, Heather became a Co-Founder and Advisor at Tilly, and in 2020, they joined Affirm, Inc. as a Client Success employee. Overall, Heather has demonstrated their expertise and versatility through their various roles in education, technology, and client success.

Heather Hoeppner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from Kenyon College. Heather also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching degree in Secondary English from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, Heather has pursued further education in business by completing an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on Strategy, Organizational and Behavior Management, and Entrepreneurship.
