Michael L. Henry

Michael L. Henry has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael L. is currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Tilly's Life Center, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering young people to cope with challenges and make positive life decisions. Prior to this, Michael held various positions at Tillys, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Michael L. was responsible for finance, accounting, risk management, legal, loss prevention, and distribution functions. Michael also worked at Quiksilver as a Senior Vice President and Global Controller, and at PACSUN as Senior Vice President, CFO, and Corporate Secretary. Michael L. began their career as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Michael L. Henry started their education at Lompoc High School, where they attended from 1984 to 1988. Michael L. then pursued an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Allan Hancock College, completing their studies from 1988 to 1991. Following this, they further expanded their education by enrolling at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, studying from 1991 to 1993.
