Toni Johnson

Toni Johnson is a dedicated Associate Technical Designer at Tillys, where responsibilities include fitting garments and collaborating with designers to enhance collections, a role held since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Design Assistant/Technical Designer at RP55 Group from July 2016 to March 2022, where Toni contributed to garment fitting and sample improvement. An internship at S.A.S.C.O Trading in 2015 allowed Toni to work closely with a designer, breaking the traditional intern role mold, while a Public Relations Internship at Continent Creative in 2014 focused on generating interest for Africa Fashion & Art Week. Toni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned in 2016.
