Mitch Gendell

Mitch Gendell is the Global General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Tilray. Mitch has also served as the Chief Restructuring Officer at API Group and as the EVP, General Counsel at MDC Partners. Prior to that, they were the VP, Assistant GC at IPG. Gendell has a wealth of experience in the legal field and has been instrumental in managing corporate governance, securities and compliance matters; commercial contracts and sponsorship agreements; equity incentive plans and employment agreements; and M&A and financing/capital markets transactions.

Mitch Gendell attended Cornell University for their undergraduate degree, where they studied psychology. Mitch then attended Emory University School of Law, where they earned their J.D.
