Andrew Joseph

Andrew Joseph is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the telecommunications and fintech sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Broadband Consultant at Tilson since October 2022, Andrew also founded and advises Praxata, leading significant client deliverables and managing cross-functional teams. Previous roles include Analyst at Telecommunications Management Group, where Andrew provided regulatory guidance to major digital platforms, and a strategic position at the Federal Communications Commission, conducting research on international regulatory issues. Andrew’s academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Media and Information and Arabic from Michigan State University, complemented by experience in media production and research fellowships focused on telecommunications policy.
