Ella Norja

Ella Norja currently serves as the Finance & Investor Relations Manager at TILT Biotherapeutics Ltd since June 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Venture Capital Intern at Greencode Ventures, focusing on investments in digital-first green transition startups. Ella has also held significant positions at Slush, including Head of Finance, where responsibilities included budget management and team leadership, as well as involvement in Investor Relations to build relationships with key venture capital investors. Additional experience includes roles in speaker operations at Slush, board membership at the Women's Career Society, and a summer traineeship at Nordea. Ella has a Bachelor's degree in Information and Service Management from Aalto University and is pursuing another Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Natural Resources Economics at the University of Helsinki, in addition to a Master's degree in Information and Service Management from Aalto University.
