Punit Dholakia

Punit Dholakia is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets. Currently serving as the Head of Capital Markets at Tilt (formerly Empower) since August 2025, Punit has held senior roles at various leading financial institutions, including serving as the Global Head of Capital Markets at Pipe and as an advisor at Upgrade, Inc. Punit's expertise encompasses structuring and negotiating loan sales and financing agreements, managing relationships with institutional investors, and overseeing capital markets strategy and execution. Previous roles include Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank, where Punit originated investment-grade bond transactions, and similar positions at Wells Fargo Securities and Bank of America. Punit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Mumbai University and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
