Jessi Johanson has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessi began their career as a Reporter for the Fort Collins Weekly, where they wrote and reported on news, profiles, and arts and culture. Jessi then worked as an Account Manager at Adventure Media, managing accounts for a marketing and PR firm in the adventure travel and tourism industry.
Next, Johanson joined the United Way of Larimer County as a Leadership Giving Assistant, supporting their fundraising efforts. Jessi then moved on to the Alzheimer's Association Colorado Chapter, where they served as the Digital Communications Manager, developing digital marketing strategies, managing social media, and creating content.

Currently, Johanson is the Vice President of Sales at TiLT. Jessi leads a team in providing a comprehensive leave of absence experience through their SaaS platform. Jessi is responsible for sales, communication, administration, compliance, and support. TiLT has achieved substantial growth, secured Series A funding, and garnered a large customer base.
