Rachel Anderson

Rachel Anderson has varied work experience in the legal and venture capital industries. Rachel started their career as a Student Member at the Colorado IP American Inn of Court in 2020. In the same year, they also served as a Legal Compliance Intern at TiLT.

In 2021, Rachel joined the Deming Center Venture Fund as an Investment Associate and later became the Managing Director. Rachel also worked as a Venture Associate at Service Provider Capital and as a JD Academic Associate at Ensemble Innovation Ventures. Additionally, they worked as a Law Clerk at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP.

In 2022, Rachel worked as an Associate - Direct Investments at Caruso Ventures. Rachel also served as a Funding Strategist at Vitro3D.

Most recently, Rachel worked at Tilt as a Corporate Legal Manager, starting in January 2023.

Throughout their career, Rachel has gained experience in corporate law, venture capital, legal compliance, research, and intellectual property.

Rachel Anderson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Art History at Mills College. After that, they attended the University of Colorado Law School where they pursued a Doctor of Law - JD degree with a specialization in Venture Capital, Entrepreneurship, and Intellectual Property.
