Taylor McLemore

Taylor McLemore serves as Chief Operating Officer and Board Observer at Tilt since 2021, and is the Founder of the Human Potential Summit, dedicated to advancing the future of work and learning. As a Futures Fellow at Stanford University, McLemore focuses on reimagining systemic approaches to education and employment. Additionally, McLemore is an Advisor at Geminii Health and Co-Founder and Board Member at Cloverleaf AI. In leadership roles at Colorado PERA, McLemore chairs multiple committees and provides governance for the organization supporting public employees in Colorado. As an Executive Board Member of the Tech Talent Partnership and an Investor in Residence at Techstars, McLemore fosters economic mobility through entrepreneurship and workforce development. Previously, McLemore co-chaired the National Veterans Entrepreneurship Council with DAV and held an Entrepreneur in Residence position at Stand Together. McLemore's educational credentials include a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College, training at Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, and a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
